Sliblis was a male individual who served in the Galactic Empire's navy aboard the Executor-class Star Dreadnought Ravager during the Galactic Civil War. In 5 ABY, the Ravager was stationed with much of the Empire's loyalist forces at the planet Jakku. Sliblis's brother, Mervais Gandor, a pilot in the Empire's 204th Imperial Fighter Wing, was also stationed at Jakku aboard the bulk freighter Yadeez. The pair spoke over hologram and wept as they exchanged stories.
