Sord Trunnel was a gangster who was a high-ranking member of the Exchange crime syndicate during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire. By around 3643 BBY, he was present on the Colonies planet Byblos.
Around that year, an individual affiliated with one of the two rival governments sent one of their companions to do business with Trunnel. The companion delivered a shipment for him, but Trunnel attempted to withhold their payment. However, they ensured that Trunnel paid what he owed, along with a bonus.
