Spleed Nukkels was a bongo racer who along with fellow racer Neb Neb Goodrow was accused of collision, endangering the lives of others, and giving the sport a bad name. Racers Zak Quiglee, Friggy Squig and Tup Tup Grizbain tried to get them banned, but their charges were rejected by the Gungan race commissioner.
Nukkels later participated in the Otoh Gunga Challenge. Spleed wasn't in the lead at the beginning but quickly caught up and later in the race he collided with Neb Neb, and lost the race.
