Sticrie was a Moff of the Deadalis sector under the Galactic Empire. Although Moff Sticrie was ostensibly in charge of Dorin, the native Kel Dor's commitment to justice led them to refuse offer him the customary bribes, privileges, and diplomatic immunity for Imperial officials he received elsewhere. As a result, he preferred to govern the sector from Myomar and avoided Kel Dor politics unless there were any interruptions in tax collection.
