Supi was a Twi'lek female who hailed from the planet Ryloth. The woman worked as an assistant to Orn Free Taa, a senator in the Galactic Republic. Supi served alongside the fellow Twi'lek assistant Pampy during the Separatist Crisis, and together they were paraded around by the senator.
In 22 BBY, she joined Taa at a meeting of the Loyalist Committee at the Republic Executive Building on the planet Coruscant. The group was allowed into Supreme Chancellor Palpatine's suite, where the meeting was held, after he was notified by his assistant Dar Wac of their presence.
