SV-3 Eradicator

SV-3 Eradicator was a prototype battle droid that participated in the Battle of the Red Reaper. Used to defend the bridge of the Red Reaper against capture, the prototype droid's weapons were augmented by six mysterious Sith power sources. When aligned properly, the power sources were able to boost the droids' weapon capability to a degree wherein a single strike could kill a person. This ability was to no avail as the droid was destroyed during the Battle of the Red Reaper.
