Talor was a Human male Moff of the resurgent Sith Empire during the Galactic War. Along with fellow Moffs Ganthus and Sorin he was present onboard the treasury ship King's Ransom when it was boarded by a group of thieves including the Voidhound. The smuggler found the Moffs conversing in the vaults on the ship, when Admiral Harridax Kirill opened fire on the ship with the intention to kill everyone on board. Talor and other Moffs perished, but the thieves escaped.
