Targis was a male Human Captain of the Imperial Military living during the Galactic War. In 3642 BBY he was stationed on Hoth, where he captured a squad of Twi'lek Republic soldiers. He executed one every day in an attempt to bait the Republic into an attack. He was eventually killed by a group of Republic-affiliated individuals in their attempt to free the prisoners.
