Teeda was an empress of the Arkanis Regency who died long before the Galactic Civil War. They had lovely green eyes. The empress was documented in the annals of the Arkanis Regency. The Pii system's forested planets Pii III and Pii IV were called "Teeda's Eyes" as a reference to Teeda's green eyes.
