The Wavering Oeklass was an attorney working for the Nani, Medypsh, Effervesence, & Oeklass law firm. He once stole a boat that belonged to his partners on Mistar-5, violating the Contract of the Common Ownership Agreement he signed in 45-x-920p, which prompted his fellow co-workers Zot Effervescence, Lilac Nani and Medypsh to draft a letter addressed to his new home in Cylinder 14, Vemu, Abar-12. The document demanded that Oeklass either contacted them or sent them an oblong object as proof of compliance to the terms of the contract, or else default procedures would be put in motion immediately.
