Theo Meltsa was a human pilot in the Resistance Starfighter Corps. During the conflict between the Resistance and the First Order, Meltsa was stationed at the base on the planet D'Qar. Meltsa was infatuated with technician Peet Deretalia, and the two started a relationship after BB-series astromech droid BB-8 brought Meltsa and Peet together by sabotaging his T-70 X-wing starfighter.
