To'iir

To'iir was an elderly Twi'lek male smuggler and the owner of the light freighter Seventy-Seven Stars. During the Galactic Civil War, he mentored the young Human girl Liadden, one of his many partners. At some point, the pair had attracted the attention of the Imperial Moff Roff and planned on traveling away from his grasp. To'iir, using the the Lantillian Spacers' Brotherhood-provided Free Trader's Guide, retrieved several worlds that lay within the Outer Rim Territories and The Slice. From the planet candidates Chad, Gamorr, Kubindi, and Toola, To'iir settled on Gamorr, frustrating Liadden.

In 3 ABY, To'iir, Liadden, and the Twi'lek gunrunner Tru'eb Cholakk, were guests of the pirate Rithgar at his shadowport, located on the second moon of the planet Kothlis. While there, the Twi'leks communicated secretly with their lekku to gather intelligence, which Liadden was able to pick up on. The guests' visit was eventually interrupted by an Imperial Super Star Destroyer, causing To'iir to make a hasty exit with Liadden.
