Tof (Human)

Tof was a Human male who was an influential member of the ruling Herdessan Guild on his home planet of Herdessa during the Galactic Civil War. In 4 ABY, after the Galactic Empire's climactic defeat at Endor, Tof and several other Guild members met with a delegation from the Alliance of Free Planets to establish formal diplomatic relations. An enthusiastic participant in the Herdessan practice of slavery, Tof and his confederates instead took Alliance leader Mon Mothma, intending to deliver her and the world to an Imperial remnant force. However, fellow Alliance diplomat Leia Organa led an armed Herdessan revolt that overthrew the Herdessan Guild's power and rescued the prisoners.
