Tohri Challon was a Human who was loyal to Roan Fel and his Empire-in-exile. Challon originally served Emperor Fel in the capacity of Imperial Adjunct and greeted Vikar Dorn when he arrived with the Imperial Star Destroyer Dauntless. However, as the Second Imperial Civil War progressed, she was elevated to the rank of admiral. She was in command of the Dauntless when Emperor Fel met with the Jedi Order on Agamar, and she died in his service while preventing a strike force from assassinating him.
