Tvinnii Blackrunn was a member of the Black Sun crime cartel who lived during the Galactic Civil War. By the time of the Battle of Yavin, the Black Sun formed an alliance with the Detritus Satellites, a group of Vulture-class droids active in the Dantooine system. Blackrunn and the droid X10-700 "Destroyer" were the signers of the alliance agreement.
