Uingali foar Marocsaa

Uingali foar Marocsaa was a Paccosh male and a member of the Marocsaa subclan. He and a group of Paccosh met with Senior Captain Mitth'raw'nuruodo of the Chiss Ascendancy. He represented the Paccian Governance. Uingali owned a partial schematic of the Kilji picket cruiser Hammer.

Upon first meeting Thrawn upon a mining station, he entrusted Thrawn with a treasured ring of his clan depicting a chimaera, a symbol of the Marocsaa subclan. On their second meeting, Uingali commanded a starship bearing the chimaera symbol on its hull. Thrawn returned the chimaera ring to Uingali, but would eventually adopt the chimaera as his personal symbol.

Years after first meeting Uingali, Thrawn would become a Grand Admiral of the Galactic Empire. During that time, Thrawn's flagship, the first model of Imperial Star Destroyer would bear the name Chimaera, as well as the image from Uingali's ring. Furthermore, many of the crew of the Chimaera wore a stylized symbol of a chimaera, either on their arms or pauldrons, to show their allegiance to Thrawn.

After the fall of the Galactic Empire, Morgan Elsbeth's assassin droids: the HK-87s bore the stylized symbol of the Chimaera that the crew of the Chimaera once wore on the side of their heads.
