A female senior aide worked for Mon Mothma during her time as Chief of State of the Alliance to Restore the Republic, a position she served in from approximately 2 BBY to 4 ABY. Mothma incorrectly suspected the female aide of being a member of Security, a branch of the Alliance's Counter-Intelligence that spied on other Alliance departments. The Chief of State did not reveal her suspicions, and in actuality, two of Mothma's other aides were Security operatives.
