A non-Human served the Empire of the Hand as an Armor Commander. In 8 ABY, during a battle between the Empire of the Hand and the forces of the Storm-hair Warlord Nuso Esva on the Unknown Regions planet Quethold, the Armor Commander deployed nine juggernaut tanks under Imperial Grand Admiral Thrawn's directive. Ultimately, the battle ended with Esva's defeat. The non-Human had a flat alien voice.
