According to one account, a young Human female served as the Emperor's Voice at some point between 3950 BBY and several years before 3640 BBY. As a Voice of the Sith Emperor, their body hosted the Emperor's power and consciousness, being used to issue the Sith Empire leader's commands to his servants. At the time of the Human's death, as with all the Voices before them, their body was abandoned by the Emperor's essence, which left to take a new host.
