Unidentified individual (Taris)

An individual happened to be in the Upper City of Taris at the time when Zayne Carrick was being taken to the Jedi Tower by the bounty hunter Valius Ying during the Mandalorian Wars. At one point around 3963 BBY, a picture of the individual appeared in "Krav's Hot List", a column in The Adjudicator Holofeed written by the editor Krav Noblis, as the alleged identity of the "Corellian Strangler". In his listing, Noblis doubted that the individual actually was "Kelven Garnatrope" and mockingly suggested that the individual would be heard "splashing around before he could sneak up on anyone." The following report of The Adjudicator used a different individual's picture.
