A Human Mandalorian Rally Master was a member of the Mandalorian Neo-Crusaders during the Mandalorian Wars.
On the planet Jebble, when the Drovian Mandalorian recruit, Wargo, attempted to assault the con-artist Marn Hierogryph, the Rally Master smashed him in the face with the butt of a blaster rifle in an attempt to keep order among the unruly hordes of new recruits. The Rally Master later gave a speech to the assembled recruits that they would be attacking Alderaan. However, the planned attack on Alderaan never came to pass, as the dark influence of the Muur Talisman transmitted the rakghoul plague to many Mandalorians on Jebble, turning them into rampaging rakghoul beasts. Upon being bitten by a Mando-Rak during the disaster on Jebble, the Rally Master urged for it to be killed, only to instead be shot by Wargo immediately afterwards.
