Unidentified Muun judge

Canon Legends version →

An unidentified Muun judge presided over the trial of the Core Five, the leadership of the InterGalactic Banking Clan, in 20 BBY. The Core Five faced trial for embezzling funds intended to help refugees displaced by the Clone Wars. The judge found the Core Five guilty of embezzlement and stripped them of their authority. As a result, Senator Rush Clovis took over the InterGalactic Banking Clan until he was removed by the Galactic Republic for raising interest rates. Following the removal of Clovis, the Muun government transferred control of the Banking Clan to Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, who gained control of the galaxy's financial sector.
