A Human security guard lived on the planet of Naboo around 21 BBY when Supreme Chancellor Palpatine visited the planet to preside over a public ceremony, the Festival of Light. Before the Chancellor's speech, Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker contacted this guard and bid him to activate a ray shield to protect the Chancellor during his speech, in which the guard willingly obliged.
