A human flagman worked with the Alliance to Restore the Republic at it's rebel base on the moon Yavin 4 in 2 BBY. Shortly after Mon Mothma's speech denouncing the Galactic Empire's role in the Ghorman Massacre, the flagman had to usher Cassian Andor out of the landing area of an expected freighter.
