An individual served as the commander of the Galactic Republic and Mantellian Army forces blockading Talloran village on the planet Ord Mantell, during the Separatist War between the Republic-aligned Ord Mantell Central Authority and the Mantellian Separatist Movement. According to Viidu, he and the blockade commander were 'friendly'. In the year 3643 BBY, when Viidu sent the smuggler who would later be known as the Voidhound to Talloran village to meet with Reki, he assured the smuggler that the Republic commander would let them in provided the smuggler killed a few separatists.
