A senator served the Galactic Republic in the Senate. By 22 BBY, they participated in a diplomatic mission and were escorted by Jedi Knight Bavoc Ansho and his Padawan Tualon Yaluna. During the mission, the Jedi fought off a number of bandits. That year, while en route to the planet Geonosis as part of a Jedi assault team, Yaluna's friend Iskat Akaris asked if he had seen combat on missions before. Yaluna noted that he had done a little fighting, citing his defense of the senator from bandits.
