Unidentified Sienar designer

A female designer in Sienar Fleet Systems led her team in a TIE/ln space superiority starfighter project sometime between 19 BBY and 10 BBY. She wanted to see if the starfighter could handle mounting a pair of H-s9.3 twin laser cannons. The model could not handle it, which resulted in them placing the weapons in an outrigger pod. The modification became the TIE/rb heavy starfighter.
