A human individual resided on the Outer Rim moon Toshara in 3 ABY. During their time on the moon they sold fake VIP tickets to a private suite in Makal's Gambling Parlor from it's entrance. They told individuals that the ticket would allow them to see the Pyke underboss Gorak Palas.
In 3 ABY, Kay Vess, a newcomer to the moon who was hoping to get a job from Palas, talked with the ticket seller who offered them the ticket for fifty credits.
