Unidentified Toydarian royal guard (Bail Organa)

A Toydarian royal guard lived on Toydaria during the Clone Wars. The guard encountered Senator Bail Organa of the Galactic Republic, who had arrived on a diplomatic mission to speak with Katuunko. After Organa identified himself and stated his intention to meet with the High Exalted King of Toydaria, the guard cited Toydarian law, explaining that while the laws of hospitality required assistance to be offered to offworlders, the planet was closed to them.

As the discussion continued, Jar Jar Binks, who was walking with another guard, approached Organa and the guard. Jar Jar greeted Organa, remarking that it was nice to see him, and Organa returned the greeting. The guard reiterated that Organa could not proceed, but Organa insisted that he must deliver his message in person and walked past the guards.
