Canon Linked from 2 articles
Vanzell Mar-Klar was a human Jedi Master who secretly worked to train new potential Jedi Knights after the Great Jedi Purge. Mar-Klar's apprentices included Nedriss Narr. Along with other Padawans, the pair traveled to a hidden Jedi Temple with a group of younglings to assess their potential. After lightsaber training and Force exercises, the entire group battled apparitions of Darth Vader and other users of the dark side of the Force. The apparition faced by Nedriss Narr was one of the apprentice's greatest fears.
