Lieutenant Veln Fessor was a ranking Office of Peace and Security officer in the city Gadrin on the planet Cularin. Circa 31 BBY, Fessor investigated the death of Narl Gorjax, an aide to Gadrin's political leader governor Barnab Chistor, who had been assassinated in the Gadrin glitz club Star Shocked.
