Viglo was a male Human officer who served Darth Malak's Sith Empire during the Jedi Civil War. In 3956 BBY, he was stationed on Manaan, where he passed the time getting drunk and spending his time with women. While he didn't hide his distaste for the Republic and Manaan, he didn't seem as uptight as other Sith officers, remarking that he just wanted to "have a couple of drinks and try to unwind."
