Vipsanis was the leader of a group of Mandalorians. He believed that he was destined to become the next Mandalore, and at one point led a fleet headed by the battlecruiser Victus to invade the lost planet Endelaan in order to prove to his followers that he was worthy of the title. He was driven to point that he had become blinded of the atrocities he would command his general Akero to commit on the planet, beginning to lead to those to doubt his leadership and state of mind.
