Vort Norman was a male Mandalorian Twi'lek mercenary living on Dromund Kaas during the Cold War. When the Mandalorian Deth Kregg issued a personal challenge, Norman carried word of it to Outpost Tempest near Kaas City and maintained a pool of credits to be claimed by the one who defeated Kregg.
