Waks Burr was an Ishi Tib who frequented the Outlander Club, a nightclub and gambling hall in the Uscru Entertainment District of the planet Coruscant. During a night in 22 BBY, Burr was visiting the club when the bounty hunter Zam Wesell ran into the club to hide from the Jedi Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker after she tried to assassinate the Senator Padmé Amidala. Being an Ishi Tib, Burr added to the interplanetary feel of the club on that night.
