Wampa Vader was a changeling enemy that dwelled on the planet Hoth at the time of the Galactic Civil War. Its true form was that of a wampa, but it could turn into the shape of the Sith Lord Darth Vader.
Shortly after rescuing Princess Leia from the Death Star in 0 BBY, Luke Skywalker proceeded to go to Hoth to rescue Chewbacca from Wampa Vader. It eventually showed its true form, although it was nonetheless defeated by Skywalker.
