Wanbo

Wanbo was a Hutt that led the Hutt Cartel on Teth in 40 BBY. He operated out of a palace. Known for his stupidity and heavy spice habit, Wanbo acquired his position due to nepotism, and it was well-known that his human majordomo, Thurible, was truly in charge on Teth.

In 40 BBY, Wanbo got in an altercation with Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn and his Padawan, Obi-Wan Kenobi. This led to Qui-Gon taking the Hutt hostage as a part of his escape plan, though possession of the Hutt was relinquished when his majordomo in turn managed to take hold of the seventeen year old Kenobi.
