Wen Lu-Dasz was a rich and eccentric merchant active during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the reconstituted Sith Empire. By 3643 BBY, he needed replacement parts for his yacht that could not be purchased through normal channels.
Around that year, an individual affiliated with one of the two warring governments had a companion of theirs make arrangements to acquire the parts for Lu-Dasz's yacht. The companion was able to secure a deal, ensuring that the yacht would operate flawlessly for some time.
