Willoc was a Royal Naboo Security Forces sergeant during the Galactic Civil War. He was tasked to investigate the Old war bunker, situated just outside Kaadara, that was overran by the Skaak Tippers. However, Sergeant Willoc went missing during his mission and a spacer eventually found his comlink in the bunker.
