Wisel

Wisel was a Nalroni who owned a weapons shop on Vergesso Base.

Hhe had several connections and knew other merchants who had access to bigger weapons, outdated vehicles or even starfighters. A helpful and obliging individual, he was eager to bring his customers into contact with those colleagues, typically with a markup of 50-150%.
