Zorbazat Xong was a male Yevetha Minister of Homeworld Security on N'zoth. Xong learned Basic to communicate with outsiders, which he viewed as shameful but necessary. Although he despised all non-Yevetha, Xong tolerated outsiders' business for the economic benefits.
At some point during the Yuuzhan Vong War, before the Battle of N'zoth, Xong allowed a group of New Republic Intelligence operatives to oversee the interrogation of a Yuuzhan Vong spy, during which Xong brutally beat and attempted to murder the captive.
