The assault on Exegol, otherwise known as the razing of Exegol, was carried out in 3 ABY, by the Schism Imperial when they attempted to challenge Emperor Palpatine's power by attacking the Sith Citadel on Exegol where he kept his greatest treasures and secrets. The attack was the Schism and Vader's boldest challenge to Palpatine's rule.
