The Battle of Ab Dalis was a battle that occurred on Ab Dalis between the Alliance to Restore the Republic and the Galactic Empire during the Alliance's Operation Starlight. The ISD Ultima II under the command of Admiral Kalaxo trapped the Alliance Eleventh Division on the surface of Ab Dalis. The Rebel Ground Defense Command under Colonel Chouch organized the surface defense against Imperial walkers and tanks. Following Ground Defense Command's destruction, Starlight Squadron arrived and destroyed Ultima II by causing an eruption of the volcano directly below it.
