A battle occurred on Neimoidia in 19 BBY, toward the end of the Clone Wars. The Grand Army of the Republic infiltrated the planet and burned several grub-hatcheries.
The mission was conducted by the Fourth Outer Rim Army of the Grand Army of the Republic, who invaded the world using several All Terrain Armored Transports.
Although the Neimoidian Home Defense Legion was present on the planet at that time and were equipped with Armored Assault Tanks they were no match for the battle hardened troops of the Republic army.
