In 3643 BBY, during the Cold War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire, the Advozse Hegemony attempted to force the surrender of the planet Skine during their military expansion using the prototype Hammer Station battle station. When Skine refused to surrender, the Advozsec bombarded the capital city of Skine with the Hammer's capability to launch asteroids at targets.
