Legends. This article is part of Legends: the expanded-universe stories that Lucasfilm set apart from canon in 2014.
A violent civil conflict erupted on the planet Duro many years before the beginning of the Great Galactic War in 3681 BBY, pitting members of the native Duros species against other Duros and forcing the Jedi Order to intervene in order to end the bloodshed. Among the Jedi sent to Duro was the Kel Dor Tol Braga on his first assignment as a Jedi Knight, and the violence Braga witnessed on the planet convinced the Kel Dor to become a determined pacifist.
