Diplomatic mission to Chandrila

A diplomatic mission to the planet Chandrila was conducted by Jedi Knight Josk Nivar and his Sullustan Padawan prior to 22 BBY and took place over several years. In 22 BBY, like many other members of the Jedi Order, Nivar and his Padawan were called back to the Jedi Temple on the planet Coruscant by the Jedi High Council and deployed to the planet Geonosis as part of a Jedi assault team tasked with rescuing Jedi Knight Obi-Wan Kenobi, Padawan Anakin Skywalker and Senator Padmé Amidala from their Geonosian captors. During the ensuing battle, Nivar's Padawan was killed. A few weeks later, Nivar was assigned to lead a mission to the planet Thule; one of his subordinates, the newly-Knighted Iskat Akaris, who had also fought at Geonosis, noted to herself the few details she knew about Nivar.
