Diplomatic mission to Starlight Beacon

In 230 BBY, the Tarkin family member Sevran Tarkin undertook a diplomatic mission to Starlight Beacon at the time the space station Starlight Beacon was destroyed by the Nihil marauders. During the attack on Starlight Beacon, Tarkin went missing and became a prisoner of the Nihil on the prison ship Korvix Vorn. As she had gone missing, Tarkin was declared legally dead on the Outer Rim planet Eriadu.

After being rescued from the Nihil as part of a Galactic Republic and Jedi Order mission in 228 BBY, Sevran returned to Eriadu where she attempted to prove that she was alive. Despite her efforts, however, she had difficulties because of meddling from her uncle Tragkul Tarkin, though she was able to have her status restored and took his place as the family's head.
