The Festival of Light was a Naboo holiday held annually since the planet Naboo joined the Galactic Republic in 867 BBY.
During the Clone Wars, in 20 BBY, the eight hundred and forty-seventh Festival of Light saw a group of bounty hunters hired by Count Dooku attempting to kidnap Supreme Chancellor Sheev Palpatine.
