Hostage situation in Coronet City

In 229 BBY, during the High Republic Era, a hostage situation in Coronet City occurred. Jedi Master Kantam Sy of the Jedi Order was caught up in the situation, which lasted for weeks and took place in Coronet City on the Core Worlds planet Corellia.

After the incident concluded, Sy traveled to the Outer Rim planet Eriadu where they reunited with their Padawan Lula Talisola, who had recently been found after being declared missing and presumed dead after the destruction of Starlight Beacon the year before. Sy apologized for how long it had taken them to arrive on Eriadu, informing Talisola they had been involved in the hostage situation. As Sy began to say they could not have done something in relation to the incident, the Jedi Master stopped and instead stated it did not matter.
